Otilie Malvina Pauline was born on March 10th, 1870 in Wolcottsville, Niagara Co, New York.1 Otilie Malvina Pauline's father was Wilhelm Friedrich Johann Schlaeger and her mother was Fredericke Wilhelmine Klee. Her paternal grandparents were Johannes Schlaeger and Friederika Scharping. She had four brothers and a sister, named August Johann Wilhelm, Johanne Wilhelm Hermann, Wilhelm Herman, Herman and Wilhelmine Louise Otilie. She was the second oldest of the six children.1 -
