Herman Schlager 
Herman was born on October 25th, 1885 in Belknap Twp, Presque Isle Co, Michigan.1 Herman's father was Wilhelm Friedrich Johann Schlaeger and his mother was Fredericke Wilhelmine Klee. His paternal grandparents were Johannes Schlaeger and Friederika Scharping. He had three brothers and two sisters, named August Johann Wilhelm, Johanne Wilhelm Hermann, Wilhelm Herman, Otilie Malvina Pauline and Wilhelmine Louise Otilie. He was the youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 72 on October 27th, 1957 in Rogers City, Presque Isle Co, Michigan.1 -
