George Oliver Rose

George Oliver was born on February 19th, 1883 in Richland Twp., Cambria Co., PA.¹ George Oliver's father was James Rose and his mother was Mary Etta Thomas. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Rose and Elizabeth Helsel; his maternal grandparents were William Thomas and Lucy Elizabeth Berkebile. He had four brothers and a sister, named John, William, Irwin, Harvey Baker and Elizabeth Anne. He was the youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 54 on November 29th, 1937.¹
