Reuben Root

Reuben was born after 1748.¹ Reuben's father was John Burr and his mother was Tabitha Loomis. His paternal grandparents were John Burr and Mary Root; his maternal grandparents were Benjamin Loomis and Joanna Alvord. He had three brothers and two sisters, named John, Jehiel, Russell, Chloe and Tabitha. He was the second oldest of the six children.¹
