William Allen Rogers 
William Allen was born on May 19th, 1866.1 William Allen's father was Martin J. Rogers and his mother was Miram Kennedy. His maternal grandparents were Henry Kennedy and Polly DeLoach. He had four brothers and two sisters, named Joseph Henry Alexander, John C., Martin Thomas, George W., Polly Ann and Emily S. E.. He was the third oldest of the seven children.1 -
