Emma I. Rodgers 
Emma I. was born on January 14th, 1858.1 Emma I.'s father was John Bennett Rodgers and her mother was Louisiana Welch. Her maternal grandparents were Richard Welch and Elizabeth Leach. She had three brothers and a sister, named Richard, James William, David Sylvanus and Elnora. She was the oldest of the five children.1 -
