Franklin Rauch 
Franklin was born on October 11th, 1837.1 Franklin's father was John Jacob Rauch and his mother was Pauline Poley. His maternal grandparents were Charles Pouley Poley and Elizabeth Rowland. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Andrew, Charles, James, Jacob, Elizabeth, Savilla, Rebecca and Barbara A.. He was the third youngest of the nine children.1 -
