Charles Rauch 
Charles was born on December 28th, 1827.1 Charles' father was John Jacob Rauch and his mother was Pauline Poley. His maternal grandparents were Charles Pouley Poley and Elizabeth Rowland. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Andrew, James, Jacob, Franklin, Elizabeth, Savilla, Rebecca and Barbara A.. He was the second oldest of the nine children.1 -
