William Dwight Poyer

William Dwight was born on March 18th, 1834.¹   William Dwight's father was Tilly Poyer and his mother was Mary Mariah Curtiss. He had a brother and three sisters, named John Henry, Julia M., Caroline Isabell and Cordelia Matilda.  He was the oldest of the five children. He had a half-brother and four half-sisters, named Isaac Burr, Lucy Ann, Mary Jane, Ellen Angeline and Helen Catharine.  He died at the age of 21 on August 27th, 1855 in Vermillion Twp, Erie, Ohio.¹
