Francis Phillips

Francis was born in 1841.¹   Francis' father was Seth Phillips and his mother was Elizabeth Southwick.  His paternal grandparents were Chad Phillips and Sarah Weller. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Ephraim, George, Ira, Sarah, Lydia, Delia and Margaret.  He was the third oldest of the eight children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Edwin and Mary.¹
