Josiah Phelps 
Josiah was born on May 20th, 1716 in Northampton, Hampshire, Mass.1 Josiah's father was William Phelps and his mother was Thankful Edwards. His paternal grandparents were William Phelps and Abigail Bartlett Stebbins; his maternal grandfather was Benjamin Edwards. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Joseph, William, Benjamin, Eliakim, Elnathan, Thankful, Eunice, Lois and Experience.1 -
