William A. Palmer 
William A. was born on May 22nd, 1847 in Argyle, New York. William A.'s father was Levi Henry Palmer and his mother was Eleanor Serbring. His paternal grandparents were William Henry Palmer and Mary Hughson. He had two brothers and a sister, named Levi Henry, John J. and Amanda H.. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 74 on March 14th, 1922 in Fort Plain, Montgomery County, New York.-
