Levi Henry Palmer 
Levi Henry was born on June 14th, 1855 in Argyle, New York. Levi Henry's father was Levi Henry Palmer and his mother was Eleanor Serbring. His paternal grandparents were William Henry Palmer and Mary Hughson. He had two brothers and a sister, named William A., John J. and Amanda H.. He was the second youngest of the four children.
