Charles Nuckolls 
Charles was born about 1783 in HANOVER, VA.1 Charles' father was Charles Nuckolls and his mother was Mary Black. His paternal grandparents were James Nuckolls and Unknown Henderson; his maternal grandparents were Samuel Black and Catherine Shaw. He had three brothers and five sisters, named Robert, James, John, Betty, Salley, Polly, Susan and Nancy. He was the fourth oldest of the nine children.1 -
