William S. Mulligan 
William S. was born on March 10th, 1872 in Beaufort Co., SC.1 William S.'s father was Bernard Allen Mulligan and his mother was Marther. His paternal grandparents were Francis Mulligan and Eliza Lavonia Dean. He had three brothers and seven sisters, named George W., Edward Franklin, James Colquitt, Daisy Ann, Minnie, Lelia, Frances, Edna E., Lilly and Liza. He died at the age of 86 on July 2nd, 1958 in Tattnall Co., GA. He was buried in Bay Branch Ch., Evans Co., GA.1 1 General Notes
