Ruby Gertrude was born on August 3rd, 1891.1 Ruby Gertrude's father was George H. Mulligan and her mother was Elizabeth. Her paternal grandparents were Francis Mulligan and Eliza Lavonia Dean. She had two brothers and two sisters, named George C., Lester C., Hortense and Florence C.. She was the youngest of the five children. She had a half-brother named Alla Jana. She died at the age of 7 on October 13th, 1898. She was buried on October 14th, 1898 in Savannah, Chatham Co., GA.1 1 General Notes
