William I. Morgan 
William I. was born on February 4th, 1796 in Effingham Co., GA.1 William I.'s father was William Morgan and his mother was Sarah Bailey. His paternal grandparents were Lewis Morgan and Mildred Gardner; his maternal grandparents were Christopher Bailey and Grace. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Christopher Lewis, David A., Henry T., John L., Sarah, Elizabeth and Gracie. He died at the age of 71 on February 1st, 1868.1 -
