Austin Upshaw was born on January 4th, 1921.1 Austin Upshaw's father was Austin Upshaw Mincey and his mother was Juanita Strickland. His paternal grandparents were James Marion Mincey and Laura Jane Franklin. He was an only child. He died at 11 months old on January 2nd, 1922. He was buried in Bulloch Co., GA.1 1 General Notes
