Lucy Jane Martin 
Lucy Jane was born in March 1888 in Burke Co., GA.1 Lucy Jane's father was Charles Edwin Martin and her mother was Salina Margaret Sills. Her paternal grandparents were James Hamilton Martin and Caroline B. Nichols; her maternal grandparents were Thomas Sills and Sara Jane Watson. She had nine brothers and four sisters, named William Edwin, Charles Rosby, George Berry, Thomas Sills, Eddie Weed, Eugene Starr, James Hamilton, Crawford, Paul Templeton, Sarah Crawford, Mary Lee Minnie, Ella Nora and Anna Adele. She was the second youngest of the fourteen children. She died at the age of 85 in 1973 in Burke Co., GA. She was buried in Burke Co., GA.1 1 General Notes
