Charlie Clarence was born on February 19th, 1906 in Richmond Co., GA.1 Charlie Clarence's father was Charles Rosby Martin and his mother was Eliza Eugenia Magnolia Fletcher. His paternal grandparents were Charles Edwin Martin and Salina Margaret Sills; his maternal grandparents were Wiley Fletcher and Marther Ann Gibbs. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Benjamin Thomas, Luther Lewllyn, Marvin Lamar, Lillie Belle, Maudie Gertrude, Alma Weona, Cora Lee, Ethel Geneva and Ida Mae. He died about 1961.1 -
