Roswald Alley was born on October 21st, 1891 in GA.1 Roswald Alley's father was James Allen Kitchens and his mother was Emma Moore. His maternal grandparents were William Narissa Moore and Mary Matilda Waters. He had five brothers and four sisters, and also a sibling of unknown gender, named Edgar Joseph, Remer James, Robbie Lee, William R., John Wesley, Annie Maggie, Shelley Mary, Mattie Catherine, Cynthia Virdell and Morris Esther. He was the sixth oldest of the eleven children.1 -
