Joseph William Kemp 
Joseph William was born on August 14th, 1872 in St. George, Washing., UT.1 Joseph William's father was William Buten Kemp and his mother was Mary Lockwood. His paternal grandparents were Robert Kemp and Martha Button. He had three brothers and two sisters, named William Lockwood, Charles Henry (Harry), Elias Enoch, Isabella and Kate Elizabeth. He was the third youngest of the six children. He had seven half-brothers and four half-sisters, named Samuel Raymond, James, Heber, Willard Walter John, Arthur, Daniel Robert (Daneal), William, Eliza, Jane, Sarah Ann and Alice Rosemary. He died at the age of 25 on January 16th, 1898.1 -
