Rebecca Kelsey 
Rebecca was born about 1826 in Pittsfield, Otsego, NY.1 Rebecca's father was Robert Kelsey and her mother was Abigail Bennet. Her paternal grandparents were Solomon Kelsey and Anna Brown; her maternal grandparents were Prince Bennett and Phoebe Mosier. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Jeremiah, David Norman, Nancy Matilda, Sarah Emerson, Eliza Jane and Abigail. She was the second youngest of the seven children.1 General Notes
