Jeremiah Kelsey 
Jeremiah was born on May 31st, 1814 in Pittsfield, Otsego, NY.1 Jeremiah's father was Robert Kelsey and his mother was Abigail Bennet. His paternal grandparents were Solomon Kelsey and Anna Brown; his maternal grandparents were Prince Bennett and Phoebe Mosier. He had a brother and five sisters, named David Norman, Nancy Matilda, Sarah Emerson, Eliza Jane, Rebecca and Abigail. He was the oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 49 on January 2nd, 1864.1 General Notes
