Pauline Kalkman 
Pauline was born on August 19th, 1903 in Holland, Michigan.1 Pauline's father was Kryn Kalkman and her mother was Jane Roas. Her paternal grandparents were Kryn Kalkman and Maria Hoogendorp. She had two brothers and a sister, named Benjamin, Adrian and Marie. She died at the age of 60 on October 14th, 1963.1 General Notes

Pauline Kalkman was a beautiful singer.
She was killed on a street corner. Her husband, Milton Van Vliet saw an ambulance and when he went to look, saw a woman laying on the street. He then realized it was his wife, Pauline.
Milton Van Vliet married his second wife, Gertrude Jonker.
