Cornelius "Casey" Kalkman 
Cornelius "Casey" was born on January 25th, 1876 in Schiedam, Netherlands.1 Cornelius "Casey"'s father was Kryn Kalkman and his mother was Maria Hoogendorp. His paternal grandparents were Krijn Kalkman and Aafje Van Der Vlies; his maternal grandparents were Cornelius Hoogendorp and Johanna Post. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Krijn, Krijn, Kryn, Cornelius, Cornelius, Johanna, Aafje, Aafje, Catharina "Kate" and Maria. He died at the age of 70 on February 4th, 1946 in Holland, Michigan.1 General Notes
