Charles Harris Hopkins 
Charles Harris was born on July 6th, 1812 in McIntosh Co., GA.1 Charles Harris' father was Francis Hopkins and his mother was Rebecca Sayre. His paternal grandparents were Francis Hopkins and Mary Martinangel; his maternal grandparents were Jeremiah Sayre and Elizabeth Fripp Green. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named John Livingston, Francis, Benjamin, William Proctor, Edward Stevens, Thomas Spalding, Octavius Caesar, Mary Martinangel, Georgia and Elizabeth.
