Benjamin Griswold 
Benjamin was born on September 26th, 1810 in Litchfield, Litchfield, CT.1 Benjamin's father was Benjamin Griswold and his mother was Sally Wright. His maternal grandparents were Jonathan Wright and Leah Bissell. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Stanley, Frederick, Lewis, Sylvester, Honor, Mary, Sally Maria and Diana Carter. He was the fourth youngest of the nine children.1 -
