Joan De Grey

Joan De was born about 1213 in Of, Thurrock, Essex, England.¹ Joan De's father was Henry De Grey and her mother was Isolda (Iseude) Bardolf. Her paternal grandparents were Richard De Grey and Mrs-Richard De Grey; her maternal grandparents were Hugh Bardolf and Isobel Aquillion. She had seven brothers named Richard De, Hugh De, William De, John De, Robert De, Walter De and Henry De. She was the youngest of the eight children. She died in 1256.¹
