Obediant Goodyear

Obediant was born in 1694.¹ Obediant's father was John Goodyear and her mother was Abigail Gibbard. Her paternal grandparents were Stephen Goodyear and Margaret Lewen; her maternal grandparents were William Gibbard and Ann Tapp. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Stephen, John, Nathaniel, Theophilis, Andrew, Esther and Abigail. She was the fourth oldest of the eight children.¹
