John Frederick Gooding 
John Frederick was born on July 18th, 1841 in Bristol, Ontario, New York.1 John Frederick's father was Josiah G. Gooding and his mother was Mary Adeline Booth. His paternal grandparents were John Gooding and Sally. He had two brothers and eight sisters, named Jesiah Clifford, Edward LaFayette, Mary Adeline, Ursula Louisa, Ann Lauicia, Emeline Melissent, Caroline Auguste, Arabella Elizabeth, Frances Marion and Sarah Elizabeth. He was the sixth oldest of the eleven children.1 -
