Caroline Auguste Gooding 
Caroline Auguste was born on November 19th, 1843 in Livonia Twp, Wayne, Michigan.1 Caroline Auguste's father was Josiah G. Gooding and her mother was Mary Adeline Booth. Her paternal grandparents were John Gooding and Sally. She had three brothers and seven sisters, named Jesiah Clifford, John Frederick, Edward LaFayette, Mary Adeline, Ursula Louisa, Ann Lauicia, Emeline Melissent, Arabella Elizabeth, Frances Marion and Sarah Elizabeth. She was the fifth youngest of the eleven children.1 -
