Luke Dewey 
Luke was born on January 24th, 1776 in Springfield, MA.1 Luke's father was Simeon Dewey and his mother was Elizabeth Turner. His paternal grandparents were Simeon Dewey and Anna Phelps; his maternal grandparents were Isaac Bridgman and Elizabeth Hatch. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Jesse, Simeon, William Phelps, Joseph Langdon, Betsey, Cynthia, Sophronia and Paulina. He was the second oldest of the nine children. He had a half-sibling of unknown gender named Seneca. He died at the age of 89 on June 19th, 1865 in Hanover, Graft., NH, age 89.1 -
