Lizzie Dewey 
Lizzie was born on January 25th, 1853 in Rockford, IL.1 Lizzie's father was Simeon J. Dewey and her mother was Rebecca Mira Curtis. Her paternal grandparents were Simeon Dewey and Betsey Bigelow Knight; her maternal grandparents were Hosmer Curtis and Eleanor Melick. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Charles Francis, William Curtis, Alice Mira and Lillie Jane. She was the oldest of the five children. She had two half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Simeon John, Lorenzo, Frances Moore and Mira Olive. She died at the age of 2 on July 14th, 1855 in Rockford, IL.1 -
