John Deming 
John was born on September 9th, 1638 in Wethersfield, Hartford, CT.1 John's father was John Deming and his mother was Honor Treat. His maternal grandparents were Richard Treat and Alice Gaylord. He had four brothers and seven sisters, named Jonathan, Samuel, David, Ebenezer, Sarah, Frances, Rachel, Mary, Mercy, Sarah and Hannah. He was the oldest of the twelve children.1 General Notes
