William Procter Dean 
William Procter was born on July 12th, 1879 in SC.1 William Procter's father was Jesse Barnwell Dean and his mother was Mary Ellen Rushing. His paternal grandparents were Allen Nelson Dean and Anne Peeples. He had a brother and three sisters, named James Edward, Florrie Estell, Carrie Virginia and Rosa Ella. He had six half-brothers and three half-sisters, named Elliott Luther, Jesse Lee, George Gibson, Robert Calhoun, William Eugene, Percy Benjamin, Mamie Eulalia, Geneva and Nina Inez. He died at the age of 19 on April 15th, 1899 in SC. He was buried in Jasper Co., SC.1 1 General Notes
