Her paternal grandparents were John Croft and Mary Bowman; her maternal grandparents were Joseph Christian Vought and Christina Rhineheart. She had four brothers and three sisters, named John, Henry, Stephen, James H, Elizabeth, Hester and Margaret.1 -
