Thomas Choate 
Thomas was born in 1671 in Ipswich, Essex, Massachusetts.1 Thomas' father was John Choate and his mother was Ann Unknown. His paternal grandparents were Robert Choate and Sarah. He had four brothers and three sisters, named John, Samuel, Joseph, Benjamin, Sarah, Margaret and Mary. He was the third youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 74 on March 31st, 1745.1 -
