Samuel Choate 
Samuel was born about 1664 in Ipswich, Essex, Massachusetts.1 Samuel's father was John Choate and his mother was Ann Unknown. His paternal grandparents were Robert Choate and Sarah. He had four brothers and three sisters, named John, Thomas, Joseph, Benjamin, Sarah, Margaret and Mary. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children. He died in 1713.1 -
