John Choate 
John's baptism took place on June 6th, 1624 in Colchester, Essex, England.1 John's father was Robert Choate and his mother was Sarah. He had two sisters named Elizabeth and Marie. He died on December 4th, 1695 in Ipswich, Essex, Massachusetts.1
