Catherina R. was born on January 30th, 1832 in Russo, Switzerland.1   Catherina R.'s father was Joannes Buzzini and her mother was Caterina Milani. She had six brothers and two sisters, named John A., George F., Martin, Salvatore, Joseph W., Israel, Maria T. and Agata T..  She was the oldest of the nine children.1
