William Budge 
William was born on August 15th, 1791 in Edinburgh, Edinburgh, Scotland and his baptism took place on August 16th, 1791 in Parish Of St. Cu, Edinburgh, Edin., Scotland.1 William's father was William Budge and his mother was Helen Meiklejohn.
