Howell Bragg

Howell was born in December 1841 in Screven Co., GA.¹   Howell's father was John Bragg and his mother was Mary Sasser.  His maternal grandparents were Thomas Sasser and Clarisy. He had nine brothers and six sisters, named Thomas, John, Seaborn, James, David, William, Henry B., Littleton, Jasper, Elizabeth, Clary, Martha, Mary A., Margaret and Jane.  He was the third youngest of the sixteen children.  He died about January 1906.¹
