William Roderick Barclay 
William Roderick was born on October 31st, 1867 in Riverton, Nova Scotia, Canada.1 William Roderick's father was James Barclay and his mother was Elsie Rose Calder. His maternal grandparents were Alexander Calder and Janet Squair. He had four brothers and four sisters, named John Milne, Daniel George Gordon, Alexander Hugh, Franklin Calder, Jenetta Jane, Jemima Calder, Margaret Ann and Adella. He was the fourth oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 88 on February 28th, 1956.1 General Notes
