John Milne Barclay 
John Milne was born on June 24th, 1861 in Riverton, Nova Scotia, Canada.1 John Milne's father was James Barclay and his mother was Elsie Rose Calder. His maternal grandparents were Alexander Calder and Janet Squair. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Daniel George Gordon, Alexander Hugh, William Roderick, Franklin Calder, Jenetta Jane, Jemima Calder, Margaret Ann and Adella. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died about 1938.1 General Notes
