William Allen Baird

William Allen was born on March 16th, 1855 in Jefferson, Indiana.¹   William Allen's father was William Allen Baird and his mother was Margaret Annetta McNeel. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Samuel McNeel, James, Jane, Elizabeth and Sarah.  He was the youngest of the six children.  He died at the age of 80 on February 11th, 1936.¹
