Charles Henry was born on March 23rd, 1862 in Avilla, Allen, IN.1   Charles Henry's father was William Henry Arnold and his mother was Clarissa Dosch.  His paternal grandparents were John Arnold and Christina Sapp; his maternal grandparents were George M Dosch and Margaret Householder. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Frank, George E., William Henry, Eugene, John W, Vernon, Mary Louise, Clara Rosetta, Lillie and Ethel R..  He was the oldest of the eleven children.  He died at the age of 45 on May 13th, 1907 in Avilla, Allen, IN.1
