James Adams 
James was born on October 18th, 1753 in Albemerle Co, Va.1 James' father was James Adams and his mother was Cecily. His paternal grandparents were Robert Adams and Mourning Lewis. He had six brothers and five sisters, named Robert, Thomas, Richard, John, Charles, William, Millie, Nancy, Sallie, Sookie and Mourning. He died at the age of 82 in 1835 in Elbert Co, Ga.1 General Notes
