Kathleen Lyle was born in 1855. Kathleen Lyle's father was George W Williams and her mother was Eleanor Kennet Peers. Her maternal grandparents were John Dalrymple Peers and Catherine Cole. She had three brothers and two sisters, named John, Edward Valentine, George Benjamin, Emma and Eleanor Kennet. She was the third oldest of the six children.-
