Harriet Randolph 
Harriet was born in 1783 in Tuckahoe,.1 Harriet's father was Thomas Mann Randolph and her mother was Anne Cary. Her paternal grandparents were William Randolph and Maria Judith Page; her maternal grandparents were Archibald Cary and Mary Randolph. She had six brothers and eight sisters, named Henry Cary, Thomas Mann Jr, William, Archibald Cary, John, George Washington, Mary, Elizabeth, Ann Cary, Virginia, Judith, Ann Cary, Jane Cary and Virginia. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Thomas Mann II and Mary Jane. She died at the age of 56 on December 1st, 1839 in NY, USA.1 General Notes
12. Harriet Randolph, b. 1783. Married (about 1803) H. Richard Harkley, of New York. Consul to Cadiz. He d. leaving two daughters-one of whom married Capt. Talcott and had several children. One son, Randolph Talcott, lived in Richmond.
